　　  センター設備メンテナンス工事に伴うサービス一時停止のお知らせ

　平素は弊社サービスをご利用いただき、誠に有り難うございます。

　さて、この度、下記の要領にてセンター設備のメンテナンス工事を行う事となり

ました。誠に勝手ながら、この間、インターネットを一時停止させて頂きます。

　皆様には大変ご不便をおかけ致しますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますよう

宜しくお願い申し上げます。

■　工事理由　伝送路設備メンテナンス工事のため

■　日　　付　10月23日(水)

■　時　　間　AM 2:00 ～ 5:00の間

　　　　　　　※上記時間帯にて、約10分のサービス停止が1～2回発生します

■　対　　象　大阪市住之江区安立4丁目

　　　　　    大阪市住之江区住之江3丁目

＊　この間、インターネットサービスをご利用いただけません。

＊　サービス停止中もメールはメールサーバーが受信しております。

　　サービス再開後、お客様にて受信していただけます。

＊　万一、上記停止時間後にインターネットに繋がらない場合は、パソコンの

　　電源を一旦オフし、ケーブルモデムをリセット或いは電源を入れ直した後、

　　ケーブルモデムのＣＡＢＬＥランプが点灯することを確認し、パソコンの

　　電源をオンにして下さい。

＊　ルーターをご使用の場合はルーターのリセットも実施していただくようお願い

　　いたします。

We are going to maintenance the center equipment on Oct. 23.

Therefore, we need to stop our Internet Service temporarily

in some areas.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PURPOSE: To maintain the center equipment.

AREA: In a part of Osaka City

DATE: Oct. 23, Wed

TIME: Between 2:00am and 5:00am

*It will be available as soon as the work is done.

*The Internet will be unavailable at this time.

*The mail server can receive e-mails while we stop our service.

 After we reopen our service, the e-mail will be received.

*If the Internet is unavailable after we reopen our service,

 please turn off the computer, reset the cable modem and the router and

 turn the computer on again.
